Daily Responsibilities
• Supports ongoing user access management provisioning and de-provisioning requests and the quarterly access reviews (QAR) for Sign Me Up and Application Management Tool
• Includes reviewing reporting to identify de-provisioning requests on a weekly basis and ensure they are submitted to the appropriate organizations and archived.
• Ensures all compliance documentation related to user access process and audit is updated as needed
• Prepare in advance then perform yearly April/May user audit monitor activities following compliance requirements
• Ensures all new production incidents are captured by production incident tracking system
• Responsible for creating and disseminating weekly production incident status reporting
• Responsible for conducting broker data clean-up activities quarterly including de-provisioning brokers no longer licensed and appointed with company
Required Skills
• 2+ years experience with user access, password resets, and user lists.

• Must have strong communication, both written and verbal
• Bachelors degree and 2 years of relevant experience or HS Diploma/GED and minimum 6 years relevant experience.
• Strong attention to detail and detail-orientation
• Experience working in a production support role or with systems implementation
• Sense of humor and ability to stay calm under pressure
• Strong communication skills (written, verbal)
• Interest and enthusiasm for solving technical problems
Desired Skills
• Project management, issue tracking and risk management
• Broker experience is a big plus
• Knowledge of SDLC through prior experience in technical project management, development or testing
• Strong experience with MS Excel, Access and/or Sharepoint
• Strong analytical skills: Ability to collect, gather, visualize, and analyze information
• Ability to work independently
