A Compliance Analyst job in Rochester, NY is available through Modis. Must have a High School Diploma to be considered for this position. Wil provid support to global raw materials compliance functions. Specifically, this position will support the raw materials manager as well as raw materials specialist and customer compliance specialist positions
Compliance Analyst job responsibilities include:

Assist in the collection of internal documentation from various departments for product summaries and/or validation documentation.
Collect all the necessary supplier documentation required for the preparation of Declaration of Compliance certificates for the EU importation of consumer products.
Assist in compiling regulatory information documents (RIDS) for key products. Responsibilities would include: Reviewing existing regulatory documentation, requesting updated documentation from suppliers (as needed) and filling in the RIDS template.
Assist raw material compliance specialist associate with the maintenance of DMRs (if remains in regulatory for the time being).
Assist in the preparation of CE Mark Technical Files i.e. making copies, putting documentation into binders, locating documents in various shared drives.


High School Diploma is required
Minimum One year related experience is required
Knowledge of medical devices and pharmaceuticals regulatory affairs
