A Construction Coordinator job in Beaverton, OR is available through Modis. This person will deliver construction projects, including new builds, refurbishments, and closures, against stakeholder expectations on brand performance, timelines, and budgets.

• Fully document financial status per project for reporting by managing daily correspondence with assigned project manager and vendors resolving all financial queries.
• Responsible for the development, training, and performance evaluations of external architects, consultants, and contractors by following up on vendor score cards per project.
• Deliver project closeout documents, including final cost-reconciliation, punch lists, warranties, and manuals. Preserve essential project records by archiving them for future use.
• Update central project management and reporting systems on a weekly basis for project progress. Produce status overview reports as required.

• At least 2 years of previous experience as a quantity surveyor, construction supervisor, financial controller or other related to procurement (construction experience is a plus)
• Understanding of contracts and financial reports
• Prior experience in a corporate, multi-cultural organization is preferred
• Excellent knowledge of Excel is required. Basic knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook needed.
