Modis is currently searching for a Digital Marketing Content Specialist to work for a large financial services company in Boston, MA. The position ensures complete and timely delivery of marketing communication. Making sure new and existing material fall within corporate branding, messaging, governance and compliance guidelines through partnering with investment, product, compliance and distribution teams across the globe

  • Handling and processing of marketing materials bound for European, Middle East, and Asian markets
  • Act as a liaison with the US and UK offices to ensure the accuracy of materials and relevance to markets outside the US with regard to language conventions, page layout, etc.
  • Quality control check for accuracy of data, consistency with other materials, and adherence to branding
  • Overall responsibility for ensuring full completion and timely delivery of all updates and maintenance to assigned marketing communication such as presentations, fact sheets, profiles and other marketing communications within standard protocols and compliance rules
  • Ensures that content is added to the electronic file system as appropriate, responsible for ensuring that materials are archived in a timely manner when no longer used
  • Ensure new and existing material fall within corporate branding, messaging, governance and compliance guidelines
  • Partner with product management, investment management, compliance, performance and data, and distribution teams worldwide to foster best practices for marketing communications
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to increase the efficiency, accuracy and compliance of marketing communications
