A contract IT Support Specialist job in Erie, PA is available through Modis. You must have one years’ experience providing end user support to be considered for this position. In this role, you will be responsible for technical support and issue resolution of hardware and software.

IT Support Specialist job responsibilities include:
• Coordinate with users and technical support to assure timely and accurate hardware installation to the satisfaction of users.
• Perform problem determination services to determine appropriate action/hardware or software/fix correction.
• Repair PC’s and assist with managing network
• Maintain accurate hardware inventory to have knowledge of owned and leased equipment and its locations, as verified by yearly audits.

• Associate’s degree in Computer Science, MIS or related IT field
• One years’ experience providing end user support
• Experience in personal computer hardware including Intel-based PC’s, servers and peripheral equipment
• Strong customer service and communication skills
