Job responsibilities include:

Collaborate with Hiring Managers to identify staffing needs and determine hiring strategies
Drive the recruitment process, which includes sourcing, networking, pre-screening candidates, reviewing resumes, assessing applications, and initiating and managing interviews
Develop a robust pipeline and database of qualified candidates using traditional and non-traditional sourcing techniques and networking
Communicate effectively with the interview team to ensure preparedness during the interview process. Share and exchange information with all levels of management
Act as advocate for both the business and candidates throughout the hiring process, establish regular touch points and be diligent with follow through
Work with a strong sense of urgency, and fill the highest priority needs for the company
Maintain accurate applicant tracking and records on all candidates, searches, requisition status, etc.
Track, maintain, and improve recruitment metrics
Help to develop and manage projects for talent branding initiatives



QUAIFICATIONS:

BA/BS Degree
6-10 years of recruiting experience
Strong sourcing experience with Job Boards, ATS and LinkedIn. Demonstrated success in proactively sourcing passive candidates.
Effective problem-analysis and problem resolution skills; strong customer focus and motivation
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong team player, ability to work with people at all levels.
