A Fortune 500 Company is looking to fill a Customer Service Representative job in El Paso, TX.

Job Duties:
- Take calls for website lockouts, password resets, web browser and site navigation issues, etc.
- Will need to be able to think quick on their feet because they are dealing with time sensitive information
- Will be first line of defense against identity theft
- Will work within 3 screens at a time
- Able to perform basic duties with computers and know common terminology
- Will escalate calls and do password resets all day
- Answer and respond to inbound calls
- Assist internal employees and external clients with password resets
