Fortune 500 financial services and investment management company is looking for an Customer Service Representative in Phoenix, AZ. This group is responsible for verifying customer information when a new account is opened since the Patriot Act require our client to “know our client” when opening new accounts. The contractors must be detailed oriented and comfortable being the front line of defense from a risk perspective. Location:E Francisco Dr. Phoenix, AZ 85044
Contract: 12 Months
Responsibilities: This group is responsible for verifying customer information when a new account is opened since the Patriot Act require our client to “know our client” when opening new accounts. The contractors must be detailed oriented and comfortable being the front line of defense from a risk perspective.

Requirements: Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Demonstrated strength with multi-tasking and prioritizing work with a strong attention to detail. Excellent planning, organizational and written and verbal communication skills. Be customer service-focused with the ability to work collaboratively with others including interaction with internal and external contacts. Financial services background is preferred!
