The Customer Care Integration Project Manager will manage store Acquisition, Divestiture, Add Point, Merges and Split projects including all integration activities contained therein. The projects will cross all business units and involve stakeholders from all levels within as well as third party vendors.
 
The client is looking for someone that has done installment of hardware, knows systems, knows how dealers get up and running. Hardware deployment is one of the things that this PM will do. Knowledge of dealerships is a plus along with CDK dealer management system.
 
The ideal candidate is organized, possess excellent communication skills and strong project management skills with attention to detail, the candidate will need to have a general IT knowledge across areas within IT, have knowledge and experience with IT systems, Hardware,  Software & Web applications involved in car dealerships. Dealership business operational knowledge is a plus.
 
This position reports to the Director of IT Customer Care and will manage multiple small to large scale projects at any given time.
 
 
Job Responsibilities :
• Manage projects through full lifecycle including project cost
• Prepare cost estimates, manage project budgets & reconciliation
• Manage Customer Care technology projects as needed
• Mentor and cross train other team members
• Adhere to established PMO processes, standards and guidelines
• Adhere to established Change Management policies and procedures
• Comply with all internal and external audit requests
• Build project plans & allocate time to project resources as needed in MS Project
• Manage and maintain MS Project SharePoint repository of Project related documents
• Manage & distribute status reports to stakeholders
• Facilitate project status calls as needed to keep stakeholders informed
 
Qualifications:
• 1 - 3 years Project Analysis, Project Coordination or Project Mgmt experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication & presentation skills.
• Ability to interact with associates at all levels of the organization.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to multitask and work on multiple projects.
• Knowledge in MS applications Excel, Word, Power Point, Visio, Project
• Ability to prepare process diagrams
• Detail Oriented
• Strong Customer Service skills
 
Preferred:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or Information Technology
• PMP certification
• Automotive industry experience
Dealer Management System experience – CDK Global or R&R
• Experience using MS SharePoint
• Experience using MS Project
• Six Sigma Green or Black Belt

Physical Requirements:
• Travel required as needed (25%) up to 1 ½ weeks in duration
• Long hours at times and the ability to work weekends and evenings as needed
