A national enterprise bank is looking to hire a Customer Processing Clerk at their location in King of Prussia, PA. Looking to hire ASAP!
Job Details
Location: 760 Moore Rd. King of Prussia, PA
Duration: 3 months (contract to hire)
Hours: 10:00am-10:00pm (8 hour shifts)- Days will vary (looking for flexibility)
Pay: TBD
Job Requirements

  • Provide quality customer service and support BNY Mellon BTS Customer Service Department on a daily basis, including phone interaction, problem resolution, and account transaction processing in a timely manner.
  • Provide product knowledge and technical assistance as necessary.
  • Respond to customer inquiries.
  • Enter information in a computerized database.
  • Communicate any problems or issues to management.
  • High school diploma or equivalency is required.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • A professional and courteous manner when interfacing with all internal and external customers is required.
  • Good customer service, interpersonal, and telephone skills.

Extra Information:
Up-front Training Provided (up to 5 days): King of Prussia Office
Training Schedule: Mon-Fri 8:30am-5:00pm
Work Schedules Available: Mid/Swing Shifts (schedules TBD between 10:00am-10:00pm which includes one weekend day – Sat/Sun).
