Customer Service Job -  Denver, CO
An awesome opportunity to work with a leading healthcare provider in a customer service position.
Pay rate: $16

  • Monday – Thursday: 3:00-10:00 PM
  • Friday: 2:00-9:00 PM
  • Rotating Saturday shift (you would have a day off during the week)
  • Training hour differ from regular scheduled hours

1st 2 weeks of training are 8:30-5 PM
2nd 2 weeks of training are 11:30-8 PM
Duration: 8 month contract to hire
Job Description:

  • Responsible for providing initial contact between distinct Care Management programs and specific identified members.
  • Gather and record information from various locations in accordance with policies and procedures via telephone.
  • Record call details and utilize call scripts as needed based on client requirements.
  • Direct member inquiries to appropriate clinical staff.

Skill Requirements:

  • Requires HS diploma or the equivalent
  • Customer service experience
  • Computer proficiency and the ability to follow defined policies and protocols required.
  • Medical Terminology is preferred
