A Fortune 500 company is searching to fill a senior level customer service and processing position in Phoenix, AZ.
 
Details:
12 Month Contract-to-Hire
Shift: 7-4, 8-5, or 9-6
 
Day to Day activities:


  • Processing a que of records (50-70 per day)
  • Analyzing the issue, researching issue and solutions, closing or passing the account to other team members for client follow up
  • Dedicated to working with the Patriot Act
  • Verifying customer information when an account is opened since the Patriot Act

Skills:

  • Detail oriented
  • Comfortable being the front line of defense from a risk perspective
  • Customer service experience
  • Financial industry preferred
  • Customer verification or onboarding experience
  • Experience with or knowledge of Patriot Act
  • Operational/analytical side
