A Fortune 200 Bank in Minneapolis, MN is looking for an experience Customer Service Representative who has worked in administration for at least 2 years.
 
Customer Service Rep III
Hours: 8-4:30
Pay: 17.59/hr
 
Requirements:


  • 2 years of customer service or administrative experience
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Suite products (specifically Outlook)

 
Duties:

  • Provides service to internal customers through email.
  • Ability to identify customer needs, offer value-added advice, and ensure resolution of customer problems.
  • May include some telephone interaction.
  • Will work as part of a team or as an individual.
  • May require use of office automation to enable and report on the outcomes.
  • May train other customer support representatives.
  • May do some administrative work to support the group.
