Customer service rep job for a fortune 200 banking firm in King of Prussia Area 19406
Location: Down Town area near KOP Mall
Hours: Monday - Friday with occasional weekend shift, 40hrs/wk 8 AM - 8 PM
Duration: 9 months+ (opportunities for hire)

  • Provide quality customer service and support to customers on a daily basis
  • Phone interaction
  • Problem resolution and account transaction processing in a timely manner.
  • Under direct supervision, performs less complex operational tasks in a product or functional area
  • Processing, balancing, settling and servicing all types of security transactions.
  • Respond to customer inquiries.
  • Investigates and corrects errors in customer accounts and statements.
  • Responds to customer verbal and/or written inquiries.
  • Records details about customer inquiries.
  • Help resolve complicated customer complaints.
  • Coordinates and expedites customer inquiries to other departments for resolution.
  • Familiarity with MS Office required.
