Fortune 500 company is looking for CSRs to start in Austin, TX ASAP! This person will be responsible for responding to emails from customers and other assigned duties. This position requires previous customer service experience, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and finance and call center experience is preferred. Title: Customer Service Representative (E-Services)
Location: 78759
Schedule: Full Time M-F 8am-4:30pm
Contract (5 months with a possibility of extension or it going into a permanent role)
Responsibilities:


  • Responding to email inquires from customers
  • Technically an "email representative"
  • Answering and making some inbound and outbound calls

Requires:

  • Excellent written communication skills (no typos, excellent email etiquette)
  • Attention to detail
  • Professional Phone and Email demeanor

Preferred:

  • Strong customer service experience in a financial environment
  • Bachelor's degree
