Top Fortune 200 company that is also one of the oldest commercial banks in the US providing investment products and services is looking for a Customer Service Representative. This position starts with a 3 month contract with potently turning to full time based on performance.
 
 
Responsibilities:


  • Provide quality customer service and support.
  • Phone interaction, problem resolution, and account transaction processing in a timely manner. Provide product knowledge and technical assistance as necessary. Respond to customer inquiries. Enter information in a computerized database
  • Make decisions within well-defined parameters.
  • Effectively prioritize within a high-pressure, high volume environment with tight deadlines.

 
Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalency is required.
  • Have basic PC skills and data entry experience.
