Fortune 500 company needs to fill a Customer Service Representative Job in Phoenix, AZ!
 
This customer service representative will be responsible for answering phone calls, tickets and/or emails from our customers (employees, candidates, and HR partners) related to all HR topics such as Payroll, Benefits, HR Apps, HR policy/programs, etc.. Service-oriented correspondence through email and internal ticketing system.
 
Requirements:


  • Previous customer service and call center experience with a high degree of accuracy and focus on service
  • Must be articulate, have a pleasant telephone manner and excellent verbal and written skills Flexibility is a key aspect of this role and must be equally comfortable with direct client interaction as well as having the ability to network, research and resolve client issues
  • General PC skills required including experience with Word, Excel and Outlook
