Fortune 500 Financial Services Company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to assist internal employees and external clients with for Schwab systems.
Perfect Punctuality and Attendance are expected for the first 30 days.
No time off is allowed for the first 30 days, 1-3 years of Customer service and/or financial services experience and a High School Diploma or equivalent are required. Please review the full description below to see if it is a good fit.
Title: Customer Service Representative- Help Desk Representative
Schedule: Full time- Candidates Need Flexibility
Shifts: M-F Normal Business Hours
Location: 85016
4 month contract (possibility of extention or perm)
Description: Responsible for any one or more of the following: handling customer/client/contra calls, Requires previous customer service, Flexibility is a key aspect of this role and must be equally comfortable with direct client interaction as well as having the ability to network, research and resolve client operational issues. General PC skills required including experience with Word, Excel and Outlook, 1-3 years of call center customer service and financial experience or education is required as well.
