Fortune 500 Financial Services Company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to assist internal employees and external clients with password resets in Phoenix, AZ. This person will be taking inbound calls and assisting internal employees and external clients with password resets. Perfect Punctuality and Attendance are expected for the first 30 days.
No time off is allowed for the first 30 days, 1-3 years of Customer service and/or financial services experience and a High School Diploma or equivalent are required. Please review the full description below to see if it is a good fit.

Schedule: Full time- Candidates Need Flexibility
Shifts: M-F 9:30am-6pm AT
Location: 85016
6 month contract (possibility of extention or perm)
• Taking calls for website lockouts, password resets, web browser and site navigation issues, etc.
• Will need to be able to think quick on their feet because they are dealing with time sensitive information
• Will be first line of defense against identity theft
• Will work within 3 screens at a time
