Job Title: Customer Service Representative
 
Location: Tampa, FL 33607
 
Hours: 9am - 5:30pm (Monday - Friday)
 
Duties:


  • Manage 30-40 inbound calls a day.
  • Provide information about programs, benefits, and how to enroll.
  • Check benefits for facility based treatment.
  • Develop and maintain positive customer relations.

 
Requires:

  • 1 year customer service experience
  • Bilingual (Spanish & English) preferred
