Position: Customer Service Representative
Location: Phoenix, AZ

Schedule/Hours: M-F, Standard Business Hours

Job Skills:

  • Multitasking-using multiple computer systems/screens at once

  • Risk Management (detecting possible fraud)
  • High level of professionalism

Job Overview:

  • Taking calls for website lockouts, password resets, web browser and site navigation issues, etc.
  • Will need to be able to think quick on their feet because they are dealing with time sensitive information
  • Will most likely be dealing with people that are not tech savvy and older generation – so have patience with people on the phone, and professionalism
  • Will be first line of defense against identity theft
  • Will work within 3 screens at a time
  • Looking for people that have come from an office setting, doesn’t need to have an extensive technical background, but able to do basics with computers and know common terminology
  • Will escalate calls and do password resets all day every day
