A Customer Service Representative job in Rochester, NY is available through Modis. Must have an High School Diploma to be consideredf or this position. Will Participate in joint business planning with sales teams, Demand Managers and Order Managers. Works closely with ddealers for order updates and installation dates, returns, credits and removals / cancelations.
Customer Service Representative job responsibilities include:

Customer point of contact for sales team on all orders, billing issues and general customer service inquires and complaint handling for all product including medical device
Manage customer equipment orders through delivery creation which is then ready for shipment and Implementations
Proactively communicate any issues to the customer, Sales Rep. and Order Manager
Understand customer’s detailed requirements/expectations, escalate issues or process gaps and participate in activities to address gaps or misses in customer service.
Work with credit to manage customer deductions from identification through evaluation and resolution. Work with order manager, credit rep and customer to ensure timely closure of discrepancies.
Work with customer service representatives, Supply Chain, and other internal order-to-cash partners to ensure Carestream Dental processes are capable of meeting customer’s expectations in an efficient manner.
Monitor, communicate and drive improvement in Carestream Dentals equipment ordering.


High School Diploma is required
Minimum Three years related experience
Experince with SAP, Clientele, Lotus Notes
Experience in order-to-cash process and related business functional areas (Sales, Marketing, etc.)
