Answering inbound phone calls to assist callers with their enrollment, disenrollment, benefits, and general questions. Providing guidance and recommendations when callers are looking to add or remove benefits.
 
Qualifications:


  • Bilingual Preferred
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Customer Service Experience Required
  • Experience with call centers or dual monitors preferred
