Job Description:


  • 3 month Contract
  • Bilingual English/Spanish required

  • Looking for associates who will be able to handle high volume of calls.
  • There will be training.
  • Will be on the phone all day with the exception of breaks and lunches.
  • Calls inquiring about who we are, what types of benefits, how to enroll.
  • Customer service experience is mandatory, but not call center.
  • Highly prefer bilingual candidates.
  • Will consider other candidates as well. Between 30-40 calls a day depending on speed and question.
  • Training - 1 week for training - navigate in system - resources where can find information - policies and procedures.
  • Shift for training - Monday-Friday 9-5:30 - same as regular schedule Will be additional training if hired on perm.
  • Performance, quality, average handle time will be monitored on.
  • Will have one on ones as well.
  • How is performance measured and how often - measured on a monthly basis, will be averaged for the month. Will receive their performance on a weekly basis, so they are not surprised if they do not meet it for the month. Quality - monitor and score calls - 97% to pass. If they don't pass, they will be coached. As long as there is no mistreating to members, they can be coached.
  • Average handle time will be more for the first couple of months and longer for bilinguals.
  • Dual monitors, 2 system plus Outlook and IM
