Customer Service Specialist position in Blythewood, SC
 
Great opportunity for a Call Center Representative in Blythewood, SC
 
We are currently trying to staff many high level customer service roles in the Blythewood/ Columbia area. Call center experience is required as we are looking for someone trying to gain quality experience.
 
We are looking for someone who welcomes the ability to work in a team based, call center environment, answering inbound calls and problem solving basic issues.

Job Duties:
• Call center environment, answering inbound phone calls
o Customers are asking about payments, billing information, copies of insurance, adding people to policies, add/delete vehicles, changing coverage
• Work on an insurance policy management program
• Problem solve and communicate effectively with customers
 
Requirements:
• 2-3 years of customer service experience
• 2 Years of call center experience  
• Longevity within work positions (OVER A YEAR WITHIN EACH POSITION WORKED)
o No Job hoppers!
• Insurance background is Strongly preferred
• Banking or financial experience is huge plus
• MS Office knowledge
• Background check and drug test required
 
Full time positions available!
 
Hours – Monday through Friday
8AM – 5PM
Potential overtime allowed due to call volume and staff needs
