A Customer Service Representative job in Durham, NC is available courtesy of Modis Engineering. You will serve as the main point of contact for customers including patients and family members, medical providers and professional contacts. You will need to have the ability to remain calm during stressful situations as well as be detail orientated. This is a first shift role with a cochlear implant firm.
The Customer Service Representative job in Durham, NC responsibilities include:

• Telephone and email communications with customers, clinicians, and internal staff members
• Manage customer service needs in a timely and conscientious manner, with the ability to know and follow policy/guidance but also exercise some degree of judgment in meeting customer needs.
• Maintain the company’s official patient/customer file in accordance with company policy, Medicare Accreditation requirements and Federal/State privacy laws
• Prepare and ship customer product orders in accordance with company policy/Quality System and regulatory requirements for the handling of class III medical devices.


QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree at accredited college or university
• Five year’s related experience
• Ability to remain calm and confident in stressful situations
• Must have good verbal and written communication skills
