A Customer Support Specialist job in Tempe, AZ is available courtesy of Modis Engineering and Technology. You will be responsible for educating, troubleshooting, and resolving problems regarding company products for the worldwide customer base. You will also be answering and responding to incoming telephone, email, and live chat support requests.

Customer Support Specialist job responsibilities include:
• Accurately documenting support cases in tracking system.
• Answering and responding to incoming telephone, email, and live chat support requests
• Become a Company product expert to provide first class customer support.
• Evaluate and prioritize incoming support requests.
• Follow up on support cases and provide an amazing customer experience. Increase customer satisfaction and deepen customer relationships.
• Effectively work with other departments of the company.

• Minimum of Associates degree
• Two years minimum of technical and/or customer support experience
• Familiarity with Google Docs/Sheets/Slides and/or Microsoft Office
• Basic computer skills and navigation for both Mac and PC
• Ability to be a team player and communicate effectively. Excellent customer service skills and patience. Telephone courtesy and good communication skills.
• A positive outlook on life, a sense of humor, and a strong work ethic.
