Data Analyst Job in Oakland, CA
• ASAP start

• Minimum of 6 years’ experience
Candidate must have expert level programming experience in writing SQL scripts, data analytics and ETL development. Candidate should also have intermediate level experience in developing dashboards and data visualization.
Duties to Include:

  • Designs, builds and implements databases
  • Writes and reviews complex scripts in PL SQL to connect to TeraData databases and extracts required data.
  • Analyze the data for anomalies and present the findings in an intuitive and interactive dashboard format.
  • Completes documentation on all scripts and etl including documentation on business rules, ETL processes and the programming logic.

1. Data analysis
2. Programming using various SQL query languages by connecting to TeraData, Oracle, SQL server, and other relational databases
3. Maintenance of dashboard and communication to stakeholders

1. Expert level programming experience in SQL including writing SQL queries
