Basic Qualifications:
• 2 years experience with data entry, working with databases, paperwork management, and working within project deadlines.
• High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) required.
Additional Requirements:
• Ability to follow protocols and directions, pay close attention to detail, and handle confidential information.
• Ability to prioritize and organize work in busy environment meeting timeline requirements.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; telephone and writing/email skills required.
• Familiar with medical and/or clinical trial/human subjects/research compliance terminology.
• Must be able to work in a Labor/Management Partnership environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Ability to resolve problems that arise and/or effectively communicates them to the direct supervisor.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Previous experience in handling data in the clinical research\healthcare environment.
• Understanding of NIH/FDA regulations related to clinical trials.
• Associate's/Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
