If you are considering this opportunity, you must have a Bachelor’s Degree with 5-7 years of work experience in demand/supply planning, solution design or consulting. You will be responsible for spares planning processes, systems/automation and operational activities.

Demand Planner job responsibilities include:
- Responsible for spares planning processes, systems/automation and operational activities.
- This is a high impact analytical position where a person is expected to partner cross functionally to evolve service parts planning processes to optimize customer satisfaction, part availability and utilization of inventory dollars.
- The person will be able to make direct contributions to the following critical areas of the business – Global On-Time Delivery, Service Inventory Forecasting, Phase In/Phase Out NPI Planning, Repair Capacity Optimization, and E&O planning.
- This person must be a team player who can adapt to a dynamic environment and help in ad-hoc areas which will move the company forward.
- Integrate service inventory forecasting process with Sales & Operations Planning processes.
- Integrate repair operations with the planning system to drive accurate demand visibility and inventory optimization.
- Implement service planning calendar to drive focus on critical business activities.
- Create planning process and training documentation and conduct quarterly documentation reviews.
- Create and gather business requirements and work cross-functionally to drive projects to completion.
- Weekly monitor consumption of demand plan and make adjustment, prioritize operations based on shortages and place purchase orders.
- Work cross functionally with planning team to create dashboard reporting for spare planning process.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree with 5-7 years of work experience in demand/supply planning, solution design or consulting.
- Strong analytical/math skills and experience doing what-if analysis or scenario planning.
- Experience working with advanced spreadsheets or relational databases.
- Experience with scripting/programming languages is a plus.
- Effective in project management and communication.
- Agile experience is plus.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Team player with Can Do attitude and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced MS Excel, experience with ERP/MRP.
