  • Assist in replacing hardware devices at a single location (no travel)
  • Provide Tier II Desktop Support
  • Assist in implementing password reset.
  • Work alongside other desktop support technician in a fast-paced environment


  • Experience setting up, configuring, and deploying hardware (tablets and laptops)
  • Ability to lift 50-60 lbs
