• Provides basic troubleshooting assistance and ticket resolution for personal computer users.
• Supports computer users with installation of basic hardware/software and networking components to meet personal computer needs.
• Diagnoses and troubleshoots basic problems with individual or multiple computer systems in order to maintain proper functioning; resolves issues including contacting and assisting vendors.
• Recommends hardware solutions regarding personal computers in assigned areas.
• Assists with computer studies, projects, and implementation of policies throughout area of assignment.
• Conducts diagnostic reviews and produces error reports as requested by customers in order to identify and correct any problems.
• Experience working with personal computer hardware, software, systems, local area networks and terminology.
• Good organizational and problem solving skills.
• Ability to operate computer peripherals including monitors, printers and scanners.
• Provides on-site field support to customers.
• Performs basic installations, repairs, upgrades and maintenance on hardware and equipment.
• Assists in the analysis of technical products, systems, and/or software for engineering support.
• Performs Break Fixes
• Refreshes
• Active Directory

  • Must be willing to be on-call 24x7 for Executive support within Charlotte, NC and have own transportation
  • One on one, live interaction at Customer Location during regular business hours
  • One on one, live interaction at any VIP’s location within fifty (50) miles of the Customer Location (the “Service Area”)

Phone support will be utilized when VIP is outside of the Service Area or when the Service Ambassador is unavailable (vacation, sick, etc.)
• High School Diploma but Bachelor's Degree Preferred
• Executive Support & End-User support
• Follows process AND ability to assist executives proactively to fix potential issues
• 3+ years, Executive hands-on desktop support
• 6+ years, Field Support –Windows (90%) & MAC (10%)
• 6+ years, hardware, software and equipment products- laptops, software, hardware and printers, and related equipment
• 6+ years, customer technology and support requirements
• 5+ years, operational process and procedure
• 4+ years, Firewalls and Network.
• Must be willing to travel to 3 sites within Charlotte, NC area and have own transportation.
