We are looking to hire technicians to join our team in a fast-paced, work independently environment while being able to ask for help from other team members. This is a Full Time contract position.
 
Job Description
Strong technical background with software break/fix issues for Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 10
Able to adapt to a fast pace environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Be able to work independently at times
 
Responsibilities
Remotely troubleshoot/resolve software break/fix issues using a remote tool
Manage their incidents that are assigned to them
Contact the customer daily
Document the incident with details of what steps were taken
Resolve 14+ incidents a day
Ensure they properly reassign incidents to the correct 3rd level team if unable to resolve
Able to troubleshoot software break/fix issues over the telephone
Familiar with Office products
Familiar with Outlook
Background with VPN issues
Bomgar (not required but a plus)
O/S Windows 7, 8, and 10
