  • Installation of desktop software
  • Desktop hardware upgrades (replace hard drives, add memory, peripherals)
  • Remediation of viruses/malware
  • Physical inventory of computers (desktops/laptops) and printers
  • Moving of computers and printers (personnel moves)
  • Troubleshooting of computer hardware/software issues
  • Use of imaging software to create/restore images for laptops and desktops
  • Inventory management of desktops/laptops in ServiceNow
  • Support for Windows 7, Windows 10 and Mac OS
  • Experience in use of remote support application (e.g. Bomgar)
  • Basic support for Microsoft Office 2016
  • Audio/Visual support for conference rooms
  • Basic understanding of Active Directory and networking
  • Strong customer support skills and a focus on communication and collaboration with Help desk staff as well as IT Department application groups.
