Modis is currently seeking a Digital Strategy / Clickstream Analyst for an exciting long-term contract job opportunity with one of our best clients in Madison, WI
About our client:
Our client is a well-known provider of property, casualty, automobile and commercial lines of insurance in the US. In addition, they offer investment management and retirement planning services.   They are currently seeking a Digital Strategy Analyst to join their Digital Experience team, which is responsible for designing and development a targeted customer experience within all web, mobile, tablet, and wearable apps.  We are seeking a creative thinker who can leverage customer analytics to gain insights into to the end-user experience, and then use that data to help create a digital innovation and experience strategy.  
Duties and Responsibilities for this Digital Strategy / Clickstream Analyst will include:
• Researching the user experience data by extracting, manipulating and interpreting large sets of clickstream data (Clickstream analytics)
• Analyzing the clickstream data to gain insights into the end-user experience,
• Utilizing the conclusions on the clickstream analytics to formulate ideas and suggestions that will help drive user experience improvement and innovation
• Reporting and presenting on the insights and recommendations through presentations to management - including infographics, data visualizations, reports, etc.
• Developing business cases based on the information, focusing on solving problems that were identified during the analysis.
• Defining and communicating metrics and measurement objectives to the project stakeholders
• Collaborating with development and quality assurance teams to help facilitate the development of the business cases into updated UX designs
• Conducting fit/gap analysis with the requirements against the original strategy to ensure the solution aligns with the strategy.
• Leading meetings with the project team to review progress as the project transitions
• The Digital Strategy Analyst must be competent in extracting, manipulating and interpreting large clickstream datasets and have a firm understand of user research methodologies and user experience best practices
Required Qualifications and Technical Experience
• Required Bachelor Degree in an IT Field, or the equivalent experience
• Minimum 3 years in Clickstream Data Analytics
• Demonstrated skills in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint for creating presentations on the data
• Strong presentation skills & expertise within the brand and ability to demonstrate to diverse groups

Contract type: W2
Contract Duration: 18 Months
Compensation / Pay Rate: $35- $40/ hour
