Our client located in Compton, CA has an opportunity for a Director of ERP Applications to join their team. This individual will manage and oversee a team consisting of 10 to 15 associates responsible for the analysis, design, development, configuration, implementation and support of software applications that support the organization’s business processes.
• Manage relationship with systems integrator for ERP implementation
• Provides direct supervision to a team of Master Data specialists responsible for day-to-day maintenance of master data.
• Responsible for change management and communication
• Direct development, UAT, and deployment efforts
• Provide status updates to steering committee for ERP implementation progress
• Manage vendor relationships for software solutions
• Negotiate and recommend software solutions that improve business process
• PMP Certification a plus
• Experience managing multi-year multi-million dollar projects
• 5+ Years management
• 5+ Years Microsoft dynamics experience
• Omni channel experience (retail, web, call center)
• Dynamics ERP implementation experience
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and proven ability to work in cross functional – matrix organizations
• Experience communicating with Multi-cultural teams.
• Vendor negotiations skills
