A Fortune 200 Bank is looking to fill a document processing position in downtown Pittsburgh, PA. Prior mortgage or loan processing experience is preferred. Please review the details of the position below!
 
Overview:
9-5 with some flexibility
14.12/hr
 
Duties:


  • Performs review of collateral and loan documents to meet Government Sponsored entities (GSE) or other client specific guidelines.
  • Post data and document exceptions to the system of record.
  • Process documents to clear exceptions and run necessary reports to reconcile completed work.
  • Work requests and reviews with a sense of urgency and purpose while maintaining quality expectations.
  • Pull loan files as requested for projects and/or shipments.
  • Return and/or file loans to proper shelf location as requested.
  • Perform content inventory of file to system report and validate note to the loan file.
  • File trailing documents within files utilizing multiple filing schemes.
  • Work requests with a sense of urgency and purpose while maintaining quality.
  • Experience using handcarts/pallet jacks a plus.
  • Ability to assist with preparation of file shipment to alternate vault locations
  • Ability to stand and/or sit for an extended period of time.
  • Ability to lift and move 30 lb boxes as required.
