The right candidate for this role will have a BS/MS in Electrical Engineering and 2 to 5 years experience. In this role you will utilize engineering principles and standard designs to develop project designs and layouts.

Electrical Design Engineer job responsibilities include:

To perform assignments designed to develop skills of the Project/Design Engineer.
To work with Senior Engineer, Project Engineer, Group Engineer, Partner, Associate and or Principle.
Independently perform assignments after instructions as to the general results expected.
Receive guidance on unusual problems and supervisory approval on developed plans.
Assist in the preparation of contract documents
Plan, schedules, conducts all phases of the work in a part of or a total project of moderate scope.
Perform conventional engineering work including standard design.
Make engineering calculations.
Develop elementary designs expanding on detailed schematic sketches.
Coordinates production with Senior Engineer/Design or Project Engineer/Designer.


Bachelor of Science or Masters of Science in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
CAD (REVIT) experience preferred.
