A EMC Test Technician job in Farmington Hills, MI, is available through Modis. To be successful candidates MUST be proficient in Electronic Lab Testing environments. Professionals will need to be able to solder and set up or build stations. Understanding of electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) and use of instrumentation tools is a plus.

EMC Technician job responsibilities include:
• High voltage experience is not required but is a plus.
• Set up and monitor RF test equipment.
• Able to read schematics and utilize tools. (e.g. oscilloscopes, multimeters and transient generators.
• Confidently trouble shoot, debug, monitor and record data.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Associates degree in Electronics is highly desired or equivalent experience in related field.
• Three plus years.
• Must have a “good understanding of electronics” and some experience in a lab setting.
• Ideal candidate will be open to second shift.
