Modis has a current job opportunity for a Financial Analyst located in Manchester, CT.

Full Time perm Placement opportunity


The FInancial Analyst will be responsible for consolidating monthly financial forecast and reporting. Support annual and long-range planning process. Assist in various management presentation and ad hoc projects.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

Consolidate weekly site forecast of Sales/Operating Profit/EBITDA
Support month-end closing process
Prepare monthly financial reporting and variance analysis for senior management
Assist in quarterly Board of Directors and various management presentations
Track and analyze site financial and operational performance
Analyze corporate spending against budget
Support annual and long-range planning activities
Participate in continuous process improvement initiatives
Perform ad hoc requests as requested

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
Must have 3+ years of relevant accounting/financial planning & analysis experience or related experience
Must have manufacturing experience
Hyperion Planning knowledge preferred
Strong knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
