Fortune 200 company looking for a Fraud Prevention Services Phone Advisor in Pittsburgh, PA. This person will be responsible for monitoring debit and credit card accounts for fraudulent activities and for receiving call from customers. Title: Fraud Prevention Services Phone Advisor
6 month contract
Shift: Wed-Sunday 3pm- Midnight
Location: Pittsburgh, PA

  • Working directly with cardholders to resolve customer service issues or fraudulent/unauthorized activities.
  • Analyzing cardholder account transactions to identify abnormal activity that may be fraudulent, violate the terms of the merchant /cardholder agreement, or indicate a potential credit risk.
  • Contacting cardholders to validate the authenticity of charges.
  • Works to prevent loss once abnormal activity or unauthorized use has been determined
  • Our Fraud department operates from 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays. Representatives will work set schedules, to include Saturday and Sunday.

Basic Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One to three years of clerical or related work experience
Preferred Skills/Experience
- Well-developed ability to identify and interpret data and resolve exceptions
- Ability to work with unwritten but generally understood instructions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications
