Position Description:

  • Analyze, design, developer, and deploy high-quality Java applications per requirements
  • High-level understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles
  • Write high-quality Java code following prescribed principles and patterns.
  • Hands-on experience in the Spring Framework including Spring Boot.
  • Experience with an object-relational-mapping tool (ORM) such as Hibernate.
  • Strong experience writing micro services and deploying to various cloud platforms (such as Pivotal Cloud Foundry, Amazon Web Services, Azure, etc.).
  • Good hands-on experience in test-driven development (TDD); preferably, experience includes writing the actual test cases as well.
  • Experience in a fully Agile environment.
  • Front-end skills including experience with various JavaScript frameworks such as Angular.js
