Hardware Sales Job in Omaha, NE
• They would like someone with a technical background within hardware (not networking hardware), including but not limited to, desktops, laptops, printers, etc.
• Looking for a sales background; they will be buying hardware equipment to update/maintain their current catalog
• Looking for excellent communication skills
• Excellent documentation skills; note-taking skills
• Experience with a ticketing system (currently using Sharewell Service Management) but any experience with any ticketing system will qualify
• Looking for a minimum of 3-5 years of experience within both technical and sales background
• Financial industry experience is a plus, but any background is acceptable
• Technical background is important
Daily Responsibilities
• Will be interacting with vendors on purchasing/negotiating the sale of hardware, to update their current catalogs
• Will be client/vendor facing
• Provide guidance to vendors and clients on purchasing and inquires of hardware sales
• Will manage any and all invoicing issues and validations
• Track what hardware is being purchased and inquired using Sharewell ticketing system
• Will report to Theo as he will be overseeing this position
• Update and maintain KPI generation reporting on a monthly basis
• Will be on-site daily, however this position might have some opportunity for remote work
