A Hardware Test Engineer job in Rochester, MN is available through Modis Engineering. Candidates will be required to ensure that all test stations and test equipment are fully functional and updated as/when required and that all Process Documentation is current and accurate. Will maintain knowledge of BOM structure and Feature documentation to support remanufacturing process. Supports the team in organizing workload of products requiring test and debug.

Hardware Test Engineer job responsibilities include:
• Organize, implement and maintain production process flow.
• Investigate operational problems affecting production and reporting and recommending solutions.
• Manage manufacturing documentation required for product manufacturing i.e. revise drawing, BOM, accurate work instructions and workmanship standards and process procedures.
• Review test equipment designs, data and RMA issues with customers regularly.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• B.S. Electrical Engineering
• 5+ years’ experience.
• Storage product experience is a benefit.
• Ensure that all test stations and test equipment are fully functional and updated as/when required.
