An enterprise health insurance company is looking for experienced Customer Support Representatives for its St Louis location!
 
Job Details:
Location:St. Louis MO 63103
Duration: 9 months+
Hours: 3-10pm M-Th and 2-9pm Friday and rotating Saturdays
Training: M-F, 8:30am-5:00pm (1 month)
Pay: TBD
 
Job Overview:


  • Providing initial contact and direct calls to the appropriate staff members.
  • Handles inbound/outbound enrollment and engagement calls with eligible members.
  • Gathers and records appropriate member information in accordance with policies and procedures via telephone.
  • Encourages members to participate in the Care Management programs
  • Provides information about the program, outlining program features/value and explaining available services.
  • Records call details and utilize call scripts as needed based on client requirements.
  • Gathers information from hospitals, health plans, physicians, patients, vendors and other referral sources.
  • Contacts physician offices to obtain demographic information or related data as needed.
