A Supervisor with healthcare experience in Indianapolis, In is available courtesy of Modis Engineering on a direct hire basis. To be considered for this position you will have 5+ years of relevant technical and business experience including at least 1 year of supervisory or team lead experience

Supervisor job responsibilities include:


Supervise, train and develop a strong staff to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Direct the team’s workflow and customer interactions.
Provides leadership and manages the team: makes decisions; solves problems; develops unit procedures; develops records/files; conducts meetings; represents department at internal and external meetings
Maintains a deep knowledge of business objectives, practices and processes of functional areas
Provides guidance and mentoring to staff
Conducts initial and ongoing training for new staff



Supervisor Qualifications:


High School diploma or equivalent
5+ years of relevant technical and business experience including at least 1 year of supervisory or team lead experience
Supporting Healthcare customers preferred
Exposure to tools like Salesforce.com, Gainsight and Practice Management Systems will be helpful
A BA/BS degree is preferred.
