Help Desk Analyst Job in Downtown Dallas, TX
Fortune 200 financial institution is looking for candidates to fill a Help Desk Analyst job in Downtown Dallas, TX. You would be providing client support and system monitoring over the phone and email. A strong candidate for this position will have previous experience in similar roles, ready to learn and excited to develop their skills.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Providing client support and system monitoring
• Performing backups and prepares backup tapes for storage and conduct and monitor computer processing
• Conducting backups, provide technical support to clients by responding to emails, answering phone calls and fulfilling report requests
• Monitoring the status of equipment such as; PCs, printers
• Performing file transfers Perform project work when required
• Troubleshooting issues to a resolution
Qualification and Desired Experience:
• 3-5 years’ experience in a desktop support role
• Associates (2 year) degree or equivalent experience
• Experience in a professional services environment
• Must have expertise in MS Windows XP and application installations
• Must be able to effectively troubleshoot, work with customers and have strong organizational and record keeping skills
• Minimum of 5 + years of relevant work experience required.
