Position:   Help Desk Analyst Tier II Job in Cleveland, OH
Location:  Cleveland, Ohio
Duration:  3 month contract
 
Modis, a leader in the IT staffing industry, is working with a client to fill a Help Desk Tier II job in Cleveland, Ohio within their technology-focused, forward-thinking organization.
 
Position Description:


  • Our client, a leading local employer, is seeking a Help Desk Tier II professional to deliver quality support to internal users within a high call volume help desk environment.

 
Responsibilities:

  • Respond to incoming requests via supported channels such as phone, email, and ticketing system, and document all work accordingly.

 
Qualifications:

  • Experience with Active Directory DNS/DHCP
  • Experience with IDM/web-based identity management tools.
  • Experience support VPN connections and VPN tokens.
  • Experience supporting mobile applications within a variety of mobile devices including Blackberry, Android, Windows, iPhone, etc.
  • Experience supporting software and application installations.
  • Experience supporting Office 365.
  • Experience in a high call volume support environment.

 
Special Requirements/ Certifications:

  • Have strong knowledge of key IT equipment , software and infrastructure
  • Understands Active Directory, DNS/DHCP
  • Strong familiarity with IDM/Web based Identity management tools
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills
  • Strong process skills and knowledge
  • Experienced with LAN/WAN environments of an enterprise nature
  • Works well independently and in team situations
