Help Desk Analyst
My client is looking to hire a permanent, junior help desk resource for their North Houston office. Ideal candidates should have strong, technical aptitude, great customer service skills, and want to professionally develop. This opportunity will allow you to work on a small team, have access to learn new technologies and be a part of project initiatives. Position Summary:

  • Provide services through phone and in person to IT users for basic end user related hardware, software and desktop related issues in Windows 7/Office 2013 environment
  • Responsible for installation and upgrade of new hardware and software
  • Solve basic computer and hardware problems and identify root cause
  • Maintain Active Directory – add/delete/modify users
  • Provide training to end users
  • Use ticketing software to track user problems and solutions
  • Keep abreast of new technologies and maintain skills levels through training


  • MCSA, CompTIA A+, or other job-related certifications preferred
  • 2-3 years help desk experience in a corporate environment
  • Experience with troubleshooting Citrix issues is a huge preference!
  • Ability to solve level I computer and peripheral related issues in a corporate environment
  • Team Player, Customer service skills, Time management skills, Detail Oriented
  • Ability to work under pressure
