A leading investment bank is looking for experienced Help Desk Customer Service Representatives for its Phoenix location!
 
Job Details:
Location: 2423 E Lincoln Dr Phoenix, AZ 85016
Hours: Full Time, M-F, 7:00 am - 4:30 pm
Duration: 6 months+
Pay: TBD
 
Job Overview:


  • Handling customer/client/contra calls
  • Troubleshooting main clients on website and mobile apps
  • Help with login credentials and teaching people how to pull that information, or transferring those credentials over
  • Need to be punctual and reliable.
  • Job is all about the brand, and giving excellent customer service
  • PATIENCE IS KEY* can be a 45 minute convo to walk a computer inept person with 3 steps/questions/screens.
  • Base knowledge of MAC and Windows operating systems is crucial.
  • Basic browser knowledge, general PC skills required including experience with Word, Excel and Outlook
