Modis is seeking a Help Desk Manager for a full time job in Louisville, KY 40222. The Help Desk Manager will manage about 10 Help Desk Analyst in supporting employees across the U.S. Prior experience managing, mentoring, and coaching help desk associates is a must.
 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • See that the team responsibilities are performed in a timely, consistent, responsive manner
  • Guide, train and mentor employees to meet metrics and achieve personal goals
  • Balance and manage team schedules to assure coverage
  • Improve procedures and processes
  • Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting to team

 
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Prior experience managing Service Desk / Call Center team
  • Strong Technical Troubleshooting of MS Office Suite, desktops, laptops, PDAs, Printers, and IE browser issues
  • Understanding of networking concepts and protocols
